Hey there!
Welcome to my passion project!
Photography popped onto my radar after high school. Inspired by a family trip to Yellowstone National Park, I created an Instagram account to showcase the unique visuals of the geothermal features and huge bison - little did I know Yellowstone would become my backyard some 8 years later. In college, my obsession grew, fueled by my parents gifting me my first DSLR (a Nikon) for my 21st birthday. At the time, I was living in California, which meant that there was no shortage of beautiful scenery and iconic landmarks to hone my skills with.
In 2020, I hit the road, ready to explore the rest of the West. My journey took me all the way from the southern canyons of Utah and Arizona to the Rockies up by the Canadian border. The last few years have been filled with road trips, backpacking excursions, dedicated photography adventures, and through all of it, my appetite to travel and hunt down beautiful compositions has only grown.
I now live in Bozeman, Montana, and spend most of my free time exploring Western Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. I find myself completely enamored by the winter season and abundance of wildlife in the area, and I hope to improve my skills in storytelling via photography and cinematography.
Away from the camera, I work as a software engineer at a real estate start-up, Aalto. Aside from being an amateur photographer, I’m also an avid hiker, love to sing, and appreciate funny raccoon videos.
